Terms of Service — Liberty Hollow

These terms apply when you use wearlibertyhollow.com or buy from Liberty Hollow ("we," "us"). Liberty Hollow, a Florida sole proprietorship. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Our apparel is printed to order by a production partner. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed shirt, and small variations in print placement are normal. These aren't defects.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you place an order. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll get a full refund. You can cancel an order for a full refund only before production starts, within 24 hours of ordering. Once production starts, orders can't be cancelled or changed, and only the defect terms in our Refund & Returns Policy apply.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers. We don't store your full card number.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which are part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, logos, text, and images on this site belong to Liberty Hollow or are used with permission. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them without our written permission.

6. Use of the site

Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security, scraping it, or placing fraudulent orders.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
